Practiced at a very slow pace with gentle movement and your body supported with yoga props and blankets. Poses are held for longer periods of time in a comfortable position. This class focuses on nervous system regulation, grounding, inward focus and relaxation. It is especially beneficial for physical, mental and emotional relaxation.
Suitable for all levels, beginners and over 65’s.
The class will finish with an extended shavasana with sound healing accompanied by Tibetan singing bowls. Allow the body and mind to be emersed in healing frequencies to help the benefits of the class absorb into you. All levels welcome.
