BACK CARE PILATES
Back-Care Pilates classes have been run by Chartered Physiotherapist Catherine Cradock since 2015. They are designed specifically for people who do or did suffer from back, neck or shoulder problems. If you are a beginner, have a medical condition or previous significant injury, or are recovering from a recent injury, please let Catherine know so that she can speak with you in advance of starting. Contact 0404-49781 or email info@eastcoastphysio.ie
