Evening flow
A calming slow flow yoga class with deep stretches. As we move at slow pace we cultivate the idea of intentional movement, creating a relationship with our breath and feeling at ease with our body. The class will end with few restorative poses to get ourselves ready for an extended shavasana with sound healing accompanied by Tibetan singing bowls.
