Join Avril on Sunday 14th January at 4 - 7 pm for a powerful manifestation circle.


This circle will guide you through the process of intentionally manifesting the life you desire & deserve using all of your senses and truly inspire you to enrich your daily life with true manifestation from the inner core of your being through journaling and authentically connecting to your dreams connecting to the heart and living a life of intention compassion and love. We will be working with Angels, receiving energy healing (Rahanni and Reiki) experience guided meditation, cacao cermony reflective journaling, vision board, yin yoga and a blissful crystal bowl sound bath.

What do I bring?

• Please bring your own yoga mat, fluffy socks and an eye pillow for meditation if you like

• A cozy blanket & pillow

• Wear comfy clothing as you will be lying down throughout parts of the cermony.

• A notepad and a pen to take notes and journal your experiences.

• Images/print outs to create your vision board
